Farr Air Inc. located at Weyburn Airport, Weyburn, SK S4H 2L1 requires qualified commercially licensed Professional Agricultural Turbine Pilots for the 2027 season, which runs from May 1 to October 15, to fly a Thrush S2R-T34 in locations in and around Weyburn, SK as required by customers.

APPLICANTS MUST have at least 1 year of experience with a minimum of 1000 hours turbine agricultural experience. Experience flying a Thrush S2R-T34 is preferred.

CREDENTIALS: Canadian Commercial Pilot License or equivalent, Provincial Pesticide Applicators License and must be proficient in English.

DUTIES: Fly fixed wing aircraft:

• Follow emergency procedures to compensate for equipment malfunction or failure

• Make in-flight repairs, such as replacing fuses and adjusting instruments

• Monitor operation of engine and aircraft systems during flight

• Perform post-flight inspections

• Record equipment malfunctions and corrective actions taken during flight

• Report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel

• Conduct in-flight tests and monitor functioning of aircraft equipment and systems during flights

WAGES:  Rate is $50.00 per hour, 40 – 80 hours per week.  Vehicle and accommodations provided.

EMPLOYMENT TERM:  Seasonal: Full Time from May 1, 2027 to October 15, 2027, depending on weather and needs.
